Glimora Support Policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026 Updated: September 22, 2026 Support: shaderdraft@glimora.app

How to reach us

Email shaderdraft@glimora.app with your iOS version, Glimora version, and whether the issue is Studio shelf, nested-agent replicate, Metal preview, AttributionCard Accept, TweakRound nudge, or AI Allow/revoke.

What we can help with

  • Opening a Studio project or starting from a corpus clip
  • Accepting or editing a nested-agent ShaderDraft after Allow
  • Local Metal preview of a draft
  • On-device speech in the talk dock
  • AI Allow / Don’t Allow / Settings → AI data sharing revoke behavior
  • Full-screen Privacy / Terms pages and the first-run LaunchGuide agreements
  • Local TweakRound resume and evening nudge scheduling

Purchases

This build has no In-App Purchases. Apple refunds do not apply to Glimora spend units because none exist on this tip.

What we cannot restore

Glimora keeps the studio on this iPhone. If you delete the app or wipe local storage, we cannot rebuild your projects, drafts, preview frames, or attribution cards from our servers.

Product-specific safety boundary

Glimora is not a substitute for ShaderToy.com, a professional shader toolchain, or a legal licensing desk. Nested-agent drafts can be wrong; verify every Accept and attribution yourself.

Unsupported requests

We cannot recover data after app deletion, promise a pixel-perfect ShaderToy match, operate Glimora as multi-user SaaS, or advise on third-party ShaderToy licenses beyond the AttributionCard fields you confirm.
