Privacy Policy

1. What stays in the Studio on this iPhone

Glimora is a local-first Graphics & Design studio that learns from a ShaderToy-anchored corpus clip, writes a ShaderDraft through an in-app nested agent, and previews on a local Metal engine. You keep StudioProjects, CorpusClips, ShaderDrafts, PreviewFrames, TweakRounds, AttributionCards, and optional reference stills on this iPhone. Glimora does not create a Glimora account and does not sync your studio shelf to a Glimora cloud. The app is not a WebView of shadertoy.com.

2. What you create or keep

You may keep project titles, corpus clip summaries, imported shader text, draft GLSL/Metal excerpts, accepted preview frames, tweak-round state, attribution fields you confirm before Accept, App Intent shortcut intakes, notification kind toggles, and the AI data-sharing preference you set. Opening the shelf, editing a draft, running a local Metal preview, or confirming attribution does not require a login.

3. Permissions you control

When you choose the related feature, Glimora may ask for:

• Camera to photograph a shader look or texture so the mentor can match it in a draft
• Photo Library to pick an existing reference still, and to save accepted preview frames back when you ask
• Microphone only while you dictate to the studio agent
• Speech recognition to turn that speech into text; Glimora requests on-device recognition when Apple Speech supports it
• Local notifications (optional) so unfinished TweakRound resume nudges and the evening study nudge can fire for kinds you enable in Settings

Deny any permission and keep using the paths that do not need it — for example typing in the talk dock instead of dictating, skipping a still, or leaving a round unfinished without a system alert. This tip does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not integrate an advertising or analytics SDK.

4. No In-App Purchases in this build

The reviewed build does not include StoreKit, subscriptions, consumable credits, Restore, or a Glimora paywall. There is no spend unit attached to Accepting a replicate, opening a tweak round, running a Metal preview, or sending a mentor turn.

5. No cross-app tracking or analytics SDK

PrivacyInfo on this tip sets tracking to false with an empty tracking-domain list. Glimora does not ship Adjust, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or another measurement SDK on the reviewed Sources. Local Metal preview and shelf CRUD run on this iPhone. We do not sell draft text or still pixels to data brokers for advertising.

6. Optional cloud AI (DeepSeek mentor)

Nested-agent turns leave this iPhone only after you tap Allow sending on Glimora’s consent sheet (or after you re-enable Settings → AI data sharing when no prior Allow exists). Tapping Don’t Allow keeps the on-device shelf, drafts, and Metal previews fully usable; no DeepSeek request is built. Turning AI data sharing off stops later and in-flight DeepSeek requests immediately.

When allowed for a turn, Glimora may send only what that turn packs:

• Project title, corpus clip summaries, draft excerpts, and attribution fields for the active study
• Photo pixels of a reference still you attach for that call
• The spoken or typed ask for that mentor turn

Glimora does not collect face data, contacts, calendar events, payment data, or advertising identifiers inside DeepSeek payloads. Requests go to DeepSeek at api.deepseek.com using the operator model configured in the app (deepseek-v4-flash-vision-exp). A MiniMax API key may be present in the binary for future work; this tip does not open a MiniMax network path, so MiniMax does not receive your studio data from Glimora today.

7. Nudges, shortcuts, and deletion

TweakRound resume and evening nudges are scheduled locally through Apple’s notification center after you enable a kind in Settings — never as a cold-launch prompt. App Intents may resume the last project or open a fresh replicate round on this device only. Deleting the app removes local studio JSON, media, consent preferences, and caches Glimora stored. We cannot rebuild wiped on-device data from our side.

8. Children and sensitive categories

Glimora is a Graphics & Design assistant for adults studying shader looks. It is not ShaderToy itself, a Kids Category product, a medical device, or a guaranteed visual/compile match. Nested-agent drafts and Metal translations can be wrong — review every Accept and attribution card before you rely on them.
